Bright Stars Ghana Football Club - (BSG) is a professional and a charitable football club which is based in Mankessim in the Mfantseman Constituency in the Central Region of Ghana. The Club was established in Ghana in 2015 by Mr. Ernest Thompson Quartey with the help of Mr John Abum, a Ghanaian-Gambia based in the United States of America. The Club has it main head office in Aurora Colorado, USA.
It was established in 2015 to give hope to the youths of Mankessim and the Surrounding towns and to unite the people of these area through competitive football games which can also facilitate sustainable individual, communal and national development as well as secure the wellbeing of talented, but under privilege and deprived young footballers through a well-structured and management system.
Bright Stars was officially registered to participate in professional football matches suctioned by the Ghana Football Association from 2016/17 league season and has been playing in competitive league games since then.
